Lunch & Learn: Building Contracts 101

Protect your business against legal problems with well-written contracts. This course provides a step-by-step explanation of how contracts sustain positive customer and supplier relations, provide for the resolution of disputes, and minimize the risk of litigation. Enjoy lunch while learning about mandatory and optional provisions, warranties, and arbitration procedures.

Continuing Education Credit: Members seeking credit must sign and submit a verification of attendance form. Credit is awarded as 1.0 CE unit per contact hour.
