NAHB Designations Help Members Achieve Specialized Learning
The Importance of Designations
A NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) Designation says a lot about a member. Professional designations are achieved by those who value excellent opportunities to improve their skills, advance their careers, and be recognized for their commitment to professional growth. NAHB Education offers a wide range of learning opportunities, and is committed to providing the best residential home building knowledge to foster success in the industry.
Certified Professional Builder (CPB) Designation
In 2013, the Builder Standards Committee of West Tennessee Home Builders Association created the local Certified Professional Builder designation to recognize those members whose experience, dedication to the industry and professionalism make them stand out among their peers. Builders and remodeler members who are interested in applying for recognition as Certified Professional Builders must submit documentation of attendance in other professional education courses, be involved in one or more committees/Councils of West TN Home Builders Association, and also submit financial, customer and trade vendors letters of recommendation. Members who have been approved as Certified Professional Builders are recognized in the member listings by boldface type. Our members who have gone “above and beyond” to achieve NAHB designations include:
